Payment for ticket bookings is made in advance via bank transfer to our account. The bank details will be provided after the completion of the order process and in the confirmation email.

For organizational reasons, bookings can only be confirmed once payment has been received in our account.

Payment terms: 7 days without deductions. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that have not been paid within the payment period, after sending a single reminder.
